Returns and Refund Policy

At Rezlano we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a flexible returns and refund policy. Read the details below.

1. Return Policy

a. Return period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

b. Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • For hygiene items (such as underwear and swimwear) we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

c. How to File a Return
To submit a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to info@rezlanomode.nl with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions from us.
  3. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
  4. Take it to a post office or PostNL or DHL collection point.

d. Return costs
For returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Refund Policy

a. Processing of Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

b. Refund Methods
The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing the order. In some cases, it may take a few days for the amount to appear on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

c. Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards and items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund unless the product is defective.

3. Exchange

a. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can place a new order and return your current item for a refund. We treat exchanges as new orders so you get the items you want as soon as possible.

b. Returns of Underwear: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear. We kindly request that you check carefully whether the size and model of the underwear are to your liking before placing your order. If you have any questions about the fit or size, please do not hesitate to contact us. We thank you for your understanding.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

a. Defects
