Shipping Policy
At Rezlano, we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy describes the shipping methods, costs, delivery times, and other relevant information regarding the shipping of our products.
1. Shipping costs
a. Within the Netherlands
- Standard Shipping : For orders within the Netherlands we offer free shipping as standard.
b. International Shipping
- Shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. The exact cost will be displayed during checkout.
2. Delivery times
a. Within the Netherlands
- Standard Shipping : Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 18-21 business days after shipment.
b. International Shipping
- Delivery time for international orders varies depending on the country of destination. On average, delivery takes 19-24 business days, but this can vary depending on customs procedures and local postal services.
c. Processing time
- Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 22:00 or during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
d. Cancel
- Cancellation is possible if the order is placed before 22:00 and is also cancelled before 22:00. After 22:00 the order is sent to the supplier and cancellation is therefore no longer possible.
3. Shipping Methods
Rezlano works with renowned shipping partners such as PostNL, DHL, and UPS to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. During checkout, you can view the shipping options and choose the method that suits you best.
4. Order processing
a. Processing time
- After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
b. Shipping confirmation
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number so you can track your package.
5. Delivery problems
a. Incorrect address information
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Rezlano is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
b. Lost or damaged packages
- If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will start an investigation with the shipping company and do our best to resolve the issue.
c. Undeliverable packages
- Packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or because they are not picked up at a collection point will be returned to Rezlano. We will contact you to arrange a new shipment, with any additional shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
6. Customs and Import Duties
a. International customers
- For international orders, import duties, customs and taxes may apply once the package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not within Rezlano's control.
b. Delay by customs
- Please note that international shipments may be delayed by customs inspections. These delays are beyond our control.
